5.Shipping and transport

5.1.The material will be sent to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase. If the Customer does not indicate a shipping address, the one registered in our customer registration database will be used.

5.2.Delivery times will be approx., as a general rule, 24-48 working hours, depending on areas and countries and except for lack of stock. For more specific information on delivery times, the sales office will be consulted in advance. ELETTRO ITALIA SRL reserves the right to choose in any case the most appropriate transport agency to offer the best service to the Customer.

5.3.The periods indicated are of an estimated and non-binding nature. ELETTRO ITALIA SRL will use all means to deliver the products within the established period. Delay in meeting deadlines will not give the Customer the right to request direct or indirect damages or compensation, to refuse the order or to suspend compliance with any obligation, in particular that of payment.

6.Quality/quantity defects

6.1.Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer will be required to count the packages and check the condition of the boxes, recording any accidents and/or anomalies upon receipt on the delivery note.

6.2.The Customer, within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt, must inform ELETTRO ITALIA SRL of the existence of such quality defects, communicating this via e-mail to the order or sales department. In the event of the existence of quantitative defects, the Customer will have a maximum period of 7 days from receipt of the goods to communicate it, including to his manager or sales representative via e-mail.

6.3.Once these periods have passed without having presented the complaint, it will be understood that the goods have been received by the Customer in perfect conditions of quality and/or quantity and ELETTRO ITALIA SRL will not accept any complaint relating to lack of material, incorrect product or damaged.

6.4.In the event that the origin of the complaint is determined, defects in quality and/or quantity will be corrected by the relevant department.

7.Returns

The refund will take place within 14 calendar days of checking the goods received at the office

7.1.The Customer will have a maximum period of 30 calendar days, from the date of receipt of the material, to return the product with which he is not satisfied.

7.2.The customer must attach the copy of the invoice with the return of the material and/or the delivery note.

7.3.The return of the material is the responsibility of the Customer, therefore returns will be rejected with shipping costs due, always with the exception of such returns with prior commercial authorization.

7.4.If the reason for the return is unrelated to the Customer (for example: delivery of the wrong product, which does not correspond to the order), the shipping costs will be borne by ELETTRO ITALIA SRL, but prior communication with ELETTRO ITALIA SRL will be necessary administrative and/or logistical misunderstandings.

7.5.ELETTRO ITALIA SRL will only accept products sent with their original packaging, in perfect condition, in new and complete conditions (with all accessories, manuals, cables, etc.).

7.6.Receipt of the returned material does not in any case imply acceptance or conformity of the state of the same, therefore ELETTRO ITALIA SRL will have a period of 10 days to verify the material in question and inform the Customer of the damage existing to the returned product, if there would be.

7.7.ELETTRO ITALIA SRL will not refund products that are damaged or whose original packaging is damaged.

7.8.In those cases in which the returns do not meet the acceptance criteria, ELETTRO ITALIA SRL will proceed to return the product with the costs incurred by the Customer.

7.9.If the product complies with the return conditions, ELETTRO ITALIA SRL will do everything necessary to originate a credit note in favor of the Customer equivalent to the price originally paid for said product.

7.10. Under no circumstances can the end user call ELETTRO ITALIA SRL or directly request after-sales service or send paid goods without the relevant documentation.
